Phil Harris Dies

Captain Phil Harris of Deadliest Catch has died this evening. Captain Harris was the star of Deadliest Catch and had suffered a stroke a few weeks ago. The news release being issued by TMZ is that he has died as a result of complications following that stroke. It's very sad news, because it seemed like Harris may have been on the road to recovery recently, and he had even been talking in his hospital room. Having a stroke can often lead to other complications, and the sad news about the death of Captain Harris came to TMZ through his kids.

Rest In Peace, Phil.
