He was whiny and annoying in 2007, and he’s still whiny and annoying.

The Atlanta attorney at the center of an international health scare has filed a lawsuit against the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention claiming it invaded his privacy.

Andrew Speaker filed the lawsuit on Tuesday in the federal court seeking unspecified damages and court fees.

Get over it. There was a good chance he had a drug resistant form of TB and he flew to Europe anyway. He… No scratch that… Everyone on that plane was lucky it wasn’t that form.

Now go away Mr. Speaker, we have more important things to read about these days, like Paris Hilton and Swine Flu. There are far more important people making reservations through Westgate.

How cool is this story?

When a thief stole my laptop, I was determined to get it back. Oh yeah, and seek a little electronic revenge along the way.

Read the whole thing, it’s good.

It’s situations like this that will give netbooks a better place in the market. They are smaller, more compact, and easier to carry with you no matter where you go.

I don’t think any such bill should become law, until all of the legislators and the governor himself can pass an equally stringent fitness test.

Gov. Sonny Perdue is set to sign a bill that will soon require Georgia students to complete an annual fitness test.

Supporters are hoping the measure will help combat childhood obesity.

What’s next? Are they going to use a Honeywell Barcode Scanner to stamp everyone that doesn’t meet their new criteria?

The Fox network is sticking with its regular schedule over President Barack Obama this week.

If they stick to their guns, I will be watching “Lie To Me” for the first time ever. Well, for the first time in a fictional show. I could watch the President Obama reality show where I have seen it a hundred times in as many days.

I could spend my time installing Grohe faucets or building something, either way, it would feel more productive.

What kind of moron allows an Air Force One replica to fly through the middle of New York City?

An administration official says a presidential Boeing 747 and a fighter jet flew low near ground zero in New York City Monday because the White House Military Office wanted to update its file photo of the president’s plane near the Statue of Liberty.

Never mind, you don’t need to answer that. They could have taken all the money they spent on that ridiculous flyover and used it to help people with mesothelioma. Anything would have been better, and helping others would have been perfect.
