Lisa Kelly Dies

I honestly don't know how to begin this post… It's rare that I actually "know" anyone I post an obituary for.
I never met Lisa in person, I never talked to her on the phone, I never communicated with her one on one. But felt like I knew Lisa. I followed her life adventure each day over at Clusterfook for quite a long time. Her strong will and love for her family kept me coming back every day to find out what was happening next.
She has fought cancer three different times. A strong woman with a hell of a lot of determination. A wife to Dude. A mother to Teenie and Cam. A friend to a lot of people.
Lisa lost her battle with cancer tonight. She will be missed terribly, and my thoughts are with her family during this difficult time.

I hear you on this; I was the same way… never really knew her in any way except I followed a bit of her blog. She will be missed greatly. Rest In Peace, Lisa.

I never met her, but I knew her online, as did a lot of us.
After I was Dx with melanoma, I looked for anyone with cancer who was blogging. I read and read, there's a lot of us out there with cancer.
I have one correction to the posting—she did not lose her battle with cancer, she just moved on to a difference plane. Cancer only "wins" when we no longer fight—and personally, I'm going to fight as long as I'm alive, as do I hope everyone else touched by Lisa continues to fight against cancer.
May her memory be a blessing.
