Several years ago, I fell while working and twisted my back. Ever since that day, I have had chronic back pain. It sometimes gets so bad I can hardly move, but I live with it every day.

A couple years ago I strained my left arm, and it has hurt off and on ever since. It's not even close to the level of pain I have in my back. 'm not sure what I did, but it wasn't bad enough to go to the doctor at the time, but now it aches from time to time and it feels like I have arthritis or something.

This week, I received one of those magnetic bracelets. I'm not entirely sure how they work, but when I put the bracelet on, the pain in my arm went away within minutes. I figured it was some sort of psychosomatic response because I knew I was wearing the bracelet. I figured I would give it a few days and see if the pain returned.

The next morning I woke up, and my back no longer hurt. I have been using different products for years to relieve the pain in my back, and that morning, I didn't need anything for the pain. It's been 5 days since I put the bracelet on, and both my arm and my back have been pain free. It's amazing.

  1. You should watch out for your back, mate as once it get hurts, you'll probably need to spend countless expenses on the medical bills…

  2. Normally the left arm is held out to the side to balance the back pain causing you to lean right. This pattern gets set and inter fears with your key boarding. then when you go to bed this pattern persists and doesn't allow the back to rest ether.
Therefor by reducing the swelling in your arm during the night you also reduced the feed back to your spine allowing it to relax and repair.
