Eleven Years And Counting

As we get further into October, we get closer to the day that my lovely wife and I arrived here in the state of Georgia. She was raised here, but had moved out west and with a little persuasion, she convinced me that moving here would be a good thing.

Being married to her for 11 years has definitely been a good thing, and I have to admit after all this time that Georgia is growing on me.

While I was sitting here reflecting on the past 11 years, I started thinking about the people I haven't seen in over a decade. Some I miss, others I have hardly thought about. What can I say?

I decided to sit here tonight and search for a few of the people I do miss, and found one is still going to school. Can we say career student? Another is working for a law firm in Washington, and another is living a simple life working construction and living in some Houston apartments that just happened to suffer little damage from the hurricane recently.

It's amazing what you can find when you sit down at the computer and look.
