Chef John's French Onion Soup

Posted by Slobokan @ 01:56 · 113 words · print

A couple weeks ago, Chef John, yes, from Food Wishes, posted a recipe for French Onion Soup.

We have been so busy canning for the season, that I didn't have time to make it yet, but I have kept the page in my bookmarks for two weeks. Each time I see the link, my mouth waters and I find myself starting to drool at the keyboard. Gross, I know.

Anyway, now that things have wrapped up on the canning front (we will be posting pics and updates on how much my wife actually did, yeah I am the lazy one), I will be trying this recipe very, very, soon.
