The Never Ending Battle

So many people struggle with wieght loss everyday. As someone who has never really had to "watch my weight" until recently, I could never understand why people felt so poorly about their bodies. My thinking was always along the lines that there are double chins, love handles, and cellulite, but there is also diet, exercise, and products like Rimonabant.
I could never understand why someone would need to buy Rimonabant or any other product, because anytime I started to "feel" my weight, I would simply stop what I was doing, and change my eating habits. For a while anyway.
When I graduated from high school I was 110 pounds soaking wet. It took me three years to gain 15 pounds, and I do only because I tried hard. It took every effort I had to gain the weight. Now, 26 years later I am sitting here close to 190 trying to remember how I lost weight last year so I can do it again this year. I would now buy Rimonabant just to help get me back down to my goal weight. It's a fight I don't want to take part in anymore.
I'm starting on September 1, which is our 11th anniversary, and my goal is to lose a bit more than 11 pounds.
