A Special Dinner

Okay, not really. Ha! Gotcha.

Tomorrow is our youngest son's birthday, and he gets to pick what he wants for his birthday dinner. This year, he has picked tacos. Again. He picked them last year. And the year before. We're not talking Taco Bell here people. We're talkin' daddy's famous homemade tacos. I hope I get time tomorrow to take some pictures, because they usually disappear as fast as I can make them.

Tonight, I made pigs in a blanket, with baked beans and potato chips. Yeah, I know, real nutritious. Hey, leave me alone. We had a boatload of stuff to get done today, on top of working, so I didn't have it in me to prepare anything too fancy.

The middle son and I did come up with an idea for a new "flavor" of perogie while we were at the store today, so this weekend we will probably be experimenting a little bit as well.
