In The Mood For Short Ribs

I don't eat at the Olive Garden anymore. I worked for another chain owned by the same parent company and I am boycotting them, so I won't eat at the Olive Garden for the same reason. However, I was looking for a good short rib recipe tonight and found this one interesting.

It sure looks like a lot of work to me, for a good short rib recipe.
