Something New And Shiny
When Gidget and I got married, we didn;t exactly have a lot of time to look for Diamond Wedding Bands because we didn’t take too much time to plan the wedding. You see, I asked her to marry me every day for months, and she finally said yes on Labor Day in 1997. She thought everything would be closed for the holiday, but it turned out, we were in Las Vegas, so all it took was a little extra work and we were well on our way to get married.
We stopped to buy some clothes (we were actually on vacation in Vegas for the weekend), and then we were off to buy our Wedding Rings. At the time you couldn’t buy your rings online like you can today. These days you can find some of the best quality products, like Diamond Rings, Anniversary Rings , and Eternity Rings at very low prices.
A few years after we were married I was repaving our driveway at our old house and when I finished, I realized that my wedding ring was gone. That’s right. It was embedded into the driveway and by the time I noticed it was gone, it was too late. Since then we picked out new rings, that we gave each other on our 7th wedding anniversary. I figured she should get a new one too, since I never got a chance to look at Engagement Rings for her.
Since we’ve been married, I have thought of buying her a new ring, just because. I know she likes Sapphire Rings and Emerald Rings, but I am not sure about Ruby Rings. I’m glad I check online and review the latest jewelry and learn a little about product educations while I am at it.
Who knows, maybe I will get her something new and shiny this year for Mother’s Day.
