If I Could, I Most Certainly Would

Too bad I cannot sign up for service with Qwest out here where I am. After posting about my phone service and internet issues (aka not being able to get faster service), a friend of mine was bragging about the service he gets through Qwest. He said his internet service has been rock solid and he says their customer service department actually knows that he has service at his location, which for me is a big plus.

He said his Qwest Internethas gone down just once in the past four months and when he called customer service they had someone out to check the line within a couple hours. I'm not sure if that's how they respond everytime or what, but that was mighty impressive to me.

When I call for service with my provider I have to argue with them about the fact I even have service and once we get past that point I have to wait up to three days to get someone out here to look at it. What I wouldn't give right now to be able to sign up with Qwest DSL so I could enjoy a reliable connection as well as knowledgable customer service reps.
