February has been a rough month. My mother-in-law had to have surgery, I had to fight with credit card companies over errors on their side, and we found out our Golden Retriever has cancer. I’m glad to see February go away.

Let’s take a look at the stats for February.

The top 10 referring sites for February were:

Flopping Aces
Twitter
United Conservatives Of Virginia
Right TV
Musing Minds
Michelle Malkin
Insignificant Thoughts
Pundit Review
Sister Toldjah
My Vast Right Wing Conspiracy

The top 10 search terms that brought people here in February were:

hamachi service (highly recommended)
robert stethem (may he rest in peace)
warren savage (anchor turned junkie)
john stewart (may he rest in peace)
howdy dowdy (wow, that’s an old one)
2008 presidential candidates at a glance (awesome)
graphic design portfolio (wow)
ted kennedy sings (blech)
liquid cancer (look it up)
fudc (there’s another old one)

Heck this month they even searched for medicare part d. I am not old enough yet people, stop looking here for that!

The top three search engines sending traffic my way were Google, Yahoo! and Windows Live.

The busiest day of the week was Tuesday. The busiest time of day was 4:00pm EST, and the busiest day of the month was the 5th.

Internet Explorer usage rose from 58.1% to 60.1%. The record low was 48.9% (set in December). I still recommend Firefox over Internet Explorer.

The top ten countries (after .com, .net, and .edu domains) for October were:

Canada (.ca)
European Union (.eu)
Australia (.au)
Great Britain (.gb)
Netherlands (.nl)
China (.cn) *Still not banned I guess
Germany (.de)
India (.in)
South Africa (.za)

The top ten individual pages people came to see (excluding the main index and rss feeds) were:

* Three of these posts were written during February. The record for the most posts in the top 10 from the most recent month was 8, set in January of 2008.

The top ten category pages were:

Obituaries

Amber Alert

And now for the numbers.

I had 11,760 unique visitors, over 334,860 page views, over 561,763 hits, the average stay on the site was 2-5 minutes, and you helped me burn 11.05 GB of bandwidth.

Thanks for stopping by!
