The Wife And Her Projects

The wife is working on some pretty cool projects around here lately. Over the holidays she decided it was time to burn all of the family photos to cd's and dvd's. She was at it for three days to get them all done. I commend her for her effort.
We had to run out in the middle of it all though and get her some more printer ink because she ran out while printing the really cool labels for her really cool cd's. While we were out, we stocked up on ink for all three of our printers (just in case) and we also picked up some more cd label paper.
Now she's ready for her next project. She's going to be burning all of the family videos to dvd's. That's right. My wife, the computer-hater, is going to be sitting at the computer feeding in analog video from our old camera, so we'll have an awesome dvd library to show our grandchildren some day. I'm sure our boys will love that!
So, what's my next project? As far as I know, it involves beer, shrimp, and lots of buffalo sauce, but I'll get into that later.

Just wanted to pass on my 2 cents worth. I used sticker labels for several CD labeling projects and when I went to use one of those disks my computer couldn't read them. Plus they vibrated inside the disc drive. I had to peel all of those labels off one at a time. I recently bought a Dymo DiscPainter for disc labeling and it works awesome. Fast, easy, and fun. Keep up the interesting site.
