Man, these people are quick. Really quick. In the past two hours I have received no less than six emails regarding my Dish Network service and giving me a ton of reasons why I should stay a Dish Network customer. To tell you the truth, the whole thing is making me tired.

I have to admit, the Special Dish Network Offers are what pulled me in, in the first place. When we moved into this house, over four years ago, we had to choose between DISH and Direct TV. We eventually chose Dish because they had more of things we wanted, at the time. Was it the wrong choice at the time? I don’t think so.

I signed a contract with them in 2003, so I could take advantage of those Dish Network Deals, and I renewed in 2005 for the same reason. Well, it wasn’t quite the same reason. In 2005 they offered me a dual dvr recorder as part of the deal, so of course, I had to grab it.

Now my contract is up, as you know, and I am getting all kinds of advice about what to do. The problem is, there isn’t such a clear distinction between Dish and Direct TV like there used to be.
