I’ve had a lot of business ideas, my problem is implementing them. Yeah, I know, that’s the same problem a lot of people have. I have done real well in the past, when it comes to ideas, products, and managing the whole thing, I do fairly well. My problem is hiring people. I have never been good at the one aspect of a business that could have the greatest adverse affect.

Companies that handle Staff Leasing are always an option, and one I highly recommend for any human resource needs. One of the businesses I had was killed because of this very issue. I simply kept hiring the wrong people. I really could have used the help of a Staff Leasing Company because they would have sent people that were actually qualified to do the job I needed done.

I went through the whole process, weeding through the horrible applications, scheduling interviews, getting a feel for the people as they sat across from me, and I still chose the ones who were most likely to lie, cheat and steal from me. The fact there are PEO Companies out there who handle all of the human resource solutions makes me wish I had the next big idea, like yesterday.
