How Do You Break A Phone?

The week before Christmas, the router at our office went down. Funny thing too, because the router failure coincided with the demise of our antiquated telephone system as well. One of the people we spoke with before the holiday recommended NEC Telephones or I know the boss was looking at Iwatsu phone systems, but I don't think the boss has actually decided yet.

Funny, I say we, when I really don't have any input on the phone system, since I don't work out of the main office.

While the short time off for the Christmas holiday has been nice, getting back to work next week will be slightly stressful as the whole office gets used to the new system. No matter what the boss picks, it's going to be something new, and you know how people are when it comes to the C word. Yes. Change.

Over the weekend, I was looking at ValuComm, which has some excellent choices, like iwatsu phone systems, on their website. Anything the boss chooses will be a giant step up from what we had, so he really can't make the wrong choice, so I forwarded him their url, so he could take a look and make an informed decision.
