Taking A Ride With The Trane

Several years ago we had to replace the heating and air conditioning unit at our old house and we were faced with the dilemna of choosing a brand. Some people recommended Lennox, some recommended Trane, and a few people recommended Carrier.

We ended up going with a Trane unit, and we couldn't have been happier. Over the weekend a friend of mine, who lives in the Dallas area, called and asked about the Trane unit we had decided on. It turns out, he now needs to replace his unit and was checking out Air Conditioning Dallas area. He was hoping for a good recommendation to help him decide which type of unit to purchase. We moved out of that house about a year after the unit was installed, but it sure made a difference, so I told him I thought the Trane unit would be an excellent choice (not that I have had any negative experiences with the other ones, mind you).

We chatted on the phone for about half an hour while he checked out more Dallas Air Conditioning companies, and finally made his choice. The company he chose will be out next Monday, which I thought was quick, but it must be slow this time of year. Hopefully he won't wait until this one needs replacing before calling again.
