Thank God It's Friday!

It's been a long week, and I can hardly wait to start enjoying the weekend. Last weekend I did absolutely nothing on Saturday, and the middle son and I spent most of Sunday afternoon cooking an extraordinary meal for the family, and I don't see any reason why this weekend should be any different.

This weekend however, I think I am going to experiment with some of the non-alcoholic drink recipes from Happy-Hour.com. Oh sure, I could experiment with the real stuff, but then I wouldn't be concious for Sunday would I?

One of my favorite drinks from years gone by, is the B-52. Oh man. I used to love those things. I thought I knew what was in them, but it turns out I didn't know about one ingredient. That explains why they taste different when I make them at home, huh? I spent several minutes last night looking up all of the different concoctions I used to pour into my body on the weekend. I must be getting old though, because I had to check the drink dictionary just to remember what some stuff was.
