Focusing On The Future
I loved running my own business. I am constantly thinking of new ideas, hoping I will hit on one and be able to start my own company once again. Oh sure, Second Rate Hosting is fun, but Vinny and I have that covered, that’s for sure.
When I had my own businesses in the past, I had great business plans, great ideas, great products, and I think I did a pretty good job managing the whole thing. The one part I hated? Hiring staff.
If I had known there were places out there that provided Staff Leasing to handle all my human resource needs, I would have been signing up with them in a heartbeat. Human resources and marketing are my weak points so any help that a Staff Leasing Company could provide would only be an asset in my opinion.
It’s not that I don’t like dealing with hiring and firing people, heck, who doesn’t love that power rush? The part I hate is weeding through all of the applications, and scheduling all of the interviews. The fact there are PEO Companies out there who handle all of the human resource solutions makes me wish I had the next big idea, like yesterday.
