More Ring For Your Buck

I've spent the past several hours playing with my new phone. Let me start by stating, for the record, if RIM didn't make such crappy scrollwheels on the Blackberry 8700g I would still have it, and still be loving it. But they don't, and I don't.

I have been working hard all afternoon trying to make sure the phone, and it's numerous accessories, are ready for my cross-country trip later this month. Since I got the phone I have been testing numerous different online services, and this afternoon I have been downloading some Free Polyphonic Ringtones from MSNEmotions.org.

I love all of the ringtone sites on the web, but MSNEmotions is a bit different than most others I have seen. I can sort through all of the ringtones, or break them down into genres or even list them by artist. They put over 9,000 polyphonic and monophonic ringtones at my fingertips, and when you sign up for their service you get 10 complimentary ringtones right off the bat. How cool is that? I decided I would give them a try, heck it can't hurt, right?

In the past month I have tried three different ringtone services and MSNEmotions has the greatest selection, by far, and in the past hour, I have downloaded Billy Currington, Carrie Underwood, Garth Brooks, Martina McBride, and Sugarland ringtones that I couldn't seem to find anywhere else.

Now pardon me while I go set the ringtones for each caller, so I'll know whose calling and not have to take my eyes off the road.
