I Need A Dentist That Lets Me Sleep

It's no secret that I need a lot of dental work done. If you've seen any of my podcasts, it's pretty clear that I neglected my teeth for far too long in my younger days.
To tell the truth, in general, I despise dentists. It seems everytime I go see one, my nerves are shot, I break out in cold sweats, and inevitably, the visit ends with me being in a lot more pain than I was when I walked through the door.
For my entire life, my teeth have been crooked, but they were never "bad" until the past few years. With three kids, I have focused all of our attention (aka money) on their dental and medical needs rather than my own, and that has caused serious problems for me now.
One thing I cannot tolerate is the sensation caused when the dentist works on my teeth, and that's why I prefer, well, insist, on sedation dentistry. If you haven't heard of it, check out this site, Sedation dentist Fort Lauderdale. They describe several different types of sedation and the procedures, and they even have videos if you're not in the mood for reading.
If you check out their site you will learn everything you need to know about sedation dentistry and why that type of service is perfect for the dental wimp like me.

I'll have to look in to that. I have a hard time finding a dentist for myself that will work with me. I have a really really bad over-reactive gag reflex – so bad that just seeing my daughter with her thumb in her mouth makes me gag and sometimes to the point of drive-heaving. So going to the dentist is… well, interesting…. The last good dentist I had, as in the last dentist that would work with me, used to sedate me for everything. She was great. Even for a routine teeth cleaning she sedated me. I need to find one local that will do that for me. :p
I'm glad to see I'm not the only adult out there that is such a wimp that we need to be sedated. :) Sedation Siblings UNITE!!
