The Answer Is In Berlin

Just this week my aunt in Las Vegas sent me the rest of her genealogy papers she has had for several years, so I could add her research to my own collection. Even with all of the online resources for putting together the pieces of yuor family tree, nothing beats sitting down and talking to those who have lived it, and know your family's history.

That being said, I would love to travel to Berlin, to look up some distant family relatives who I am sure hold the key to many of the family "secrets" I have been looking for. Checkin has some really nice Apartments in Berlin that would be perfect for such a trip. Having a studio apartment with a separate kitchen in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin would be awesome. It sure would beat having to put up with all of the noises and goings on at a hotel. Their apartments are fully furnished and cleaned, just like a hotel, but you get the comfort and amenities you would expect staying in your own home.

Checkin offers extremely reasonable rates, and they also offer apartments in several other cities like London, which would make looking up the English side of the family tree that much easier while I was there.
