Did You Have A Good Day?
Hope you enjoyed your Saturday, I sure did.
We did a bit of spring cleaning (I know, we’re running a bit behind on that one) and took a load of stuff over to Goodwill. Then we came home and Gidget started making apple sauce, a whole bunch of it.
The picture above is apple peels that the birds, butterflies, and yellowjackets were having a field day with.
Now my arms are killing me after processing all those apples through the food mill, so I am going to kick back and watch a movie and eat a snack. Canning food sure makes a guy hungry.
