My Kids And Their Friend Ollie

We finally had some rain pass through this afternoon and it cooled things off just long enough so the boys could get outside and play for a while. They weren't out there too long before they were running and screaming for me to come outside and watch them do some "180's". I may be getting older but I do still know what that means. I was surprised they could do anything on those old skateboards we had in the garage. They wanted me to watch while they tried doing some ollies, but I was laughing so hard at that point, I had to come back inside.
I remember the days when I too was trying the things they were trying today. The only difference is that my skateboard of oldern days was much smaller and "stiffer" than the boards of today. In fact, when I had an issue with my board it was a pain to find parts to fix it, but these days, with online shops like Modern Skate and Surf, you can find just about everything you need, whether it's for your element skateboards or your favorite snowboard.
Modern Skate and Surf has been around for a long time, and they specialize in a wide variety of action sport supplies with everything from zero skateboards, burton snowboards, and more.
Now, you'll have to excuse me, but the troops are mounting a ploy to get dear old dad back on a skateboard. I hope I have enough padding to break my fall, if you know what I mean.
