Dreaming That Entrepreneur Dream Again

This past week has been a scorcher, both inside the house and outside. All week, the temperatures outside have climbed up over the 100 degree mark. Needless to say we haven't been spending too much time outside.

We did venture out today for a while, and I noticed that there seems to be some activity here in our small town. It looks like they are going to rejuvenate our downtown area, and I couldn't help but dream of opening another sandwich shop. When we got back home, I found myself looking up equipment costs, including commercial ice machines like I had in my old shop.

One mistake I made with my old shop is that I rushed a bit in purchasing some of the equipment. Of course, I didn't have the capital at the time for some of the bigger items, like Walk-in coolers, but I did quite well for what I had to work with.

Tonight, while browsing the Gala Source, which is an excellent source for all of your commercial refrigeration needs, I actually started writing down figures to see exactly how much I would need if I ever did want to open another shop.

So, if you're an investor that's looking to invest in a nice little sandwich shop in a small town in Georgia, let me know, because I have a plan.
