The Neighborhood Cat Will Be Staying

It's been a week and a half since we found homes for all of Oreo's kittens. They all went to very good homes and now we can focus on getting her spayed. Yes, we've decided that since she adopted us and trusts us, we might as well do the responsible thing and look out for her well being.

She'll never be allowed indoors permanently, because of the wife and kids being so highly allergic, but she'll always have a home here. While looking for a low cost spay/neuter clinic, I found a cool website that answers almost every question you could have about dogs and cats. They even tell you how to go about ridding your cat of flea problems. Not that Oreo has fleas, but I will be prepared, just in case.

Now pardon me while I go sit out on the front porch and cuddle the little furball.
