Poor Paula

When CNN hired Campbell Brown it was pretty evident what the future held for Paula Zahn.

Paula Zahn resigned from CNN on Tuesday, ending months of speculation that she would leave — or lose — her prominent spot in primetime.

"Now is the right time for CNN and me to move ahead on different paths," she said. "I wish good luck and success to everyone I was fortunate to work with. And for the first time in 30 years, I plan to take a break between jobs and catch my breath before I take on my next role."

For those of you not in the know her last statement translates, "My ratings sucked so bad at CNN I won't be able to find a job until people forget how low they really were".

Poor Paula.
