TB Andy Questions The Motives Of Possible Victims

Nine people filed a $1.3 million lawsuit Thursday against the globe-trotting Atlanta tuberculosis patient for possibly exposing them to the disease on a commercial flight from Prague to Montreal.

Montreal lawyer Anlac Nguyen filed the motion in Quebec Superior Court on behalf of seven Canadians and two natives of the Czech Republic. Eight were passengers on the flight with Andrew Speaker, and the ninth is a brother and roommate of one of the passengers.

"They do not have tuberculosis, but nobody can say that they won't have tuberculosis either," Nguyen said of his clients. "And that will not be known, not now, not next year, but for many years in the future."

Speaker, a 31-year-old Atlanta personal injuries lawyer, said Thursday night that he had yet to see the lawsuit, but he questioned the motives behind it.

Give me a break, Andrew Speaker is the last person who should be questioning anyone's motives. Who in the hell does he think he is? He has possibly ruined these people's lives and they have nothing to look forward too, except some no exam life insurance perhaps.

He also thinks the only reason anyone would file a lawsuit against him because of what he did, was because they believe he is a "super weathly trust-fund child". Well, that's bullshit and he knows it.

They are filing a lawsuit because he's an irresponsible pompous ass who put thousands of people's lives in jeopardy because he was stupid. It's that simple. None of those people will know for many years to come if they were infected because of Mr. Speaker's irresponsible behavior and that is why they filed the lawsuit.

I swear, he is such an asshole. Isn't he? Everytime he opens his mouth, more shit falls out.
