My Nerves Are Fried

In the past 7 days, our electricity has fluctuated 86 times. These "brown outs" occur every night from 11:30 pm until 4:30 am and they're driving me nuts.

The power company has been out here four times trying to "track down" the problem. At first, they tried to say it was a problem inside my house, until my neighbor confirmed they too are having the same issues. They have worked on the transformer outside each time they've been here, and these fluctuations show no sign of subsiding.

I have already lost a dishwasher and a UPS to this issue, and when I booted my old laptop this morning, it appears I now have memory errors. I'll check the system tonight, but it looks like 'll be in the market for some new computer memory pretty soon.

I am hoping the power company will re-imburse me for the cost of the items I've lost, as soon as they buck up and admit the issue is their fault.
