If I Only Had Money At The Time

Three years ago my wife had an idea for displaying photos in a digital frame. Having taken thousands of digital photographs over the course of the past 10 years, such a device would have been a godsend around our house, especially when it came time to send all those photos to the grandparents.
But, neither one of us had the time, nor the money, to invest in her idea. It didn't really matter though, because it wasn't too long before we started seeing them pop up all over place. And I mean everywhere.
Now I want a digital picture frame. Not for myself, but for her. I want her to have one so she can see all of the magnificent photos she has taken over the years. I know she would love it and I'm sure she's tired of having to click through thousands of photographs on her hard-drive when she's feeling nostalgic.
Those digital photo frames are perfect for the grandparents too, because there is no requirement to know anything about computers. I saw a couple at the store the other day, and they are perfect for those who are, well, for lack of a better phrase, technologically challenged.
Now I can't help but kick myself in the butt. Not only am I not making money on these, but I am spending money to acquire one.

See… one of these days – you'll learn to listen to your wife! Where's the emoticon with the wagging finger???

Gary and I saw these a few weeks ago and loved it. We don't have the money for one yet, but both of us want one. His office is not very big so he doesn't have a lot of desk and wall space to hang/place pictures of me and the kids all over. (He would if he didn't have all of his model cars displayed everywhere, but that's ok. He's at work where he doesn't want to be so he might as well be as comfortable as possible sitting at his desk.) Anyway, these frames are too cool.
Your wife sounds like me – completely creative and full of ideas. I checked out her two blogs yesterday. I'm looking forward to learning more from her about sewing and stuff. I've signed up for quilting classes but the waiting list is sooo long. I'm trying to teach myself now from internet "lessons". Your wife has a lot of talent. No wonder you brag about her. :)
