Voice Mail, Voice Mail, Voice Mail

While I got through several times to Senator Chambliss' office today, getting through to Senator Isakson's office was like pulling a molar through my nose.
I tried over 20 times to call and voice my concerns, and was thwarted at every attempt. I received voice mail at least 15 of those times, and the phone system simply disconnected the other five. I did leave two messages though, just in case.
I even tried the "pro-amnesty" hotline, 1-800-417-7666 and received nothing but "all circuits are busy" all day long.
At least I was able to send faxes in the meantime.
It wasn't until about 4pm that I began to wonder why it was so easy to get through to Chambliss' office, and not Isakson's. I still haven't figured it out.
