Does Senator Chambliss Hate Me?

I have been subscribed to Senator Saxby Chambliss' weekly newsletter for a long time now. It's been so long, I can't actually remember when it was that I subscribed. Needless to say, although the newsletter is mostly "politicohype", I find it serves it's purpose and usually contains something interesting.
As you may have read last week, I was, for some reason, unsubscribed from the newsletter the day after I posted the first response I received from Senator Chambliss regarding the Senate Amnesty Bill. After laughing that they unsubscribed me because I wasn't being nice to the Senator, I realized it was probably just a glitch in the system and I re-subscribed.
This evening, while sitting here, minding my own business (okay, okay, reading the news so I could find something interesting to blog about), I received another email.
Your request has been successfully processed.
You have been successfully unsubscribed.
If you have been unsubscribed by mistake, please click here.
What the hell is that about? Sure, it's probably the same old generic message everyone gets when they unsubscribe, but who the hell keeps unsubscribing me from their list? It may have been a glitch the first time, but what about this time?
I can't help but think. Is Senator Chambliss trying to send me a message?
Update: Okay… In the time it took me to rant that they cut me off, again, I received two confirmations that I had re-subscribed again. But I didn't. So what's going on?
Second Update: I have now received a total of four subscription verifications.
Third Update: Make that six eight. I sure hope I don't get eight copies of the newsletter.
Fourth Update: Okay, this is getting ridiculous. It's at 10 12 and counting…
Fifth Update: Hit 14 before they stopped. At least for now.
Sixth Update: As of 11:55pm, the count stands at 16. Someone please make them stop.
Seventh Update: (12:11 am) Just got two more (that makes 18 now), so I decided to check the email headers. Each email subscription confirmation I am receiving is coming from vamail023.politicalsystems.net (128.121.28.23). A quick check of that IP address shows it is assigned to NTT America, Inc., 8005 South Chester Street, Suite 200, Centennial, Colorado.
So what gives? Is my Senator from Georgia, who works in Washington, D.C., using a company in Colorado to bug the shit out of me? I honestly just want the successful subscription messages to stop, especially since I didn't start this.
Eighth Update: (12:32) Right after each of these updates, I am receiving new confirmation emails. After the last one, I received four of them. That brings use to 22 subscription confirmations, that I never initiated, which someone else cancelled, earlier in the evening.
Ninth Update: at 12:33, right after posting that last update, I got 2 more, for a total of 24, this will be my final update, but I bet, as soon as I post it, I will receive two more. If so, I will mention it in another post.
FINAL UPDATE: 12:45am. When using WordPress, don't ever include the link to re-subscribe in the blockquotes, or anywhere else in the post. Everytime I updated the post, WordPress was pinging the URL, and of course, the email system was responding in kind.
My apologies to Sen. Chambliss and his staff. I was saying some pretty nasty schtuff about you this evening, and it had nothing to do with immigration.
This still doesn't explain why I was UNSUBSCRIBED twice in the past week though.
