Michael at Conservatives with Attitude! talks about the big amnesty lie.
Apparently, Saxby Chambliss and Johnny Isakson are feeling the heat, because Chambliss now says,
"We're not bailing at all," Chambliss said. "We've never committed to vote for the bill."
when he refers to "getting the facts out" to their constituents. Do I sense a change in position coming soon?
Trent Lott finally finds his backbone. Too bad it's tied to the mast of a sinking ship.
Joe at Techography talks about the minor victory yesterday, where the Senate voted to slash the number of temporary workers allowed from 400,000 to 200,000.
Which by the way, reminds me… The following Senators thought 400,000 was a more appropriate number.
