Prince Harry Is Not Going To Iraq. Again.

Prince Harry will not be going to Iraq, the head of the armed forces has confirmed.
Sky News Foreign Editor Tim Marshall said it was because "he is a magnet for jihadists".
"Sending him in not only endangers those around him – the effect of being kidnapped would be a blow to the entire UK."
Prince Harry is "very disappointed" but will not quit the army, Clarence House has said.
…
The move represents a U-turn by defence chiefs who said last month that the third-in-line to the throne would be joining troops in the Gulf.
Major Charles Heyman, editor of Armed Forces UK, told Sky News: "I'm surprised. It's come right out of the blue.
"The reaction I was getting a few weeks ago was 'if it's too dangerous for Prince Harry to be here, it's too dangerous for me to be here'."
Wow. I would say I'm surprised, but they said this all once before and then changed their minds.
Maybe they realized that announcing his arrival and sending a camera crew to follow his every move was just a stupid idea?
