In the latest Test Pattern I discuss the Justice Department audit of the FBI.

According to an audit conducted by Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine, the FBI improperly used the USA Patriot Act to obtain personal information about U.S. citizens and legal residents.

FBI agents demanded some the information without proper authorization and underreported the number of national security letters issued.
