Lucille Ball's younger brother, Fred, who traveled with his brother-in-law Desi Arnaz and worked at Desilu Productions, died at his Cottonwood, Ariz., home. He was 91.

Fred Ball's death Monday was announced by the Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Center in his hometown of Jamestown in Chautauqua County, south of Buffalo. The cause of death was not disclosed.

Ball was born July 17, 1915, and left Jamestown to join his sister in California in the 1930s. He later traveled with Desi Arnaz and his band and sat on the board of directors at Desilu Productions, the studio that produced "I Love Lucy," as well as "Mission Impossible," "Star Trek," and "The Untouchables."

Ball is survived by his wife, four children and numerous other relatives, including his nephew Desi Arnaz Jr. and niece, Lucie Arnaz.

Rest In Peace, Fred.
