Actor Andreas Katsulas, the one-armed man in 1993's "The Fugitive" and "Babylon 5's" Ambassador G'Kar, has died in Los Angeles at age 59.

The St. Louis native died Monday after a long battle with lung cancer, his agent told E! Online.

He was best known, however, for playing Narn Ambassador G'Kar in 1993's Emmy-nominated "Babylon 5: The Gathering" and the syndicated series, E! Online said.

Katsulas is survived by his second wife, a daughter and a son.

Rest In Peace, Andreas.
