Now, now Bill.

Bill Moyers, a public television personality and a former deputy director of the Peace Corps, was arrested Saturday night on Route 7A and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
An initial breath test indicated a blood alcohol level of .10. The legal limit is .08 of course. An hour and a half later his blood alcohol level was .079. This clearly indicates to me that whether or not:
“I have been driving 52 years - since I was 16 years old - and have never had a major traffic violation,” Moyers wrote.
there is a first time for everything. Since Mr. Moyers is known for his highly informative, socially conscious reports, I feel he should take the high road and admit his fault. It is obvious he was drinking, he admitted it.
“Not only was I observing the speed limit,” Moyers wrote, “but my companions - my wife and two friends - testified they had detected no signs of any problem with my driving, and that I appeared to be in full control of my faculties, as indeed I was. I intend to contest the charges.”
“Appearing” to be in full control is not the same as being in control.
