Baltimore Day 2 - Part 2

Posted by Slobokan @ 9:05 pm · 103 words · print

We had a meeting in Wilmington, Delaware this morning. I had never been to Delaware before. After today, I really hope I do not have to go back. haha. Now, the people there told me that SOUTHERN Delaware is nice, it’s the northern part that really really sucks. So I will take their word for it, for now.

More meetings this afternoon, some more planning, a little coding, and another day was done.

I went to visit my brother-in-law and his family tonight, ate pizza, then came back to the room for more research. Another day is done.

Ahhhh…”lower, slower Delawa Ahhhh…”lower, slower Delaware”. Rehoboth Beach is great for outlet shopping (no sales taxes in DE) and eating (Grotto’s Pizza). I lived in the Newcastle area just outside of Wilmington for a few months right before we got engaged. The area around the University has a lot of great clubs and eating — but I could pass on Wilmington itself. Now Philly (where I moved to once I got a job)…I weep openly every time I think about leaving there… Ok, I have to go cry now.
