I just rated my site with SafeSurf and RSAC. I think its important to rate sites on the web, and then use rating software to limit what young people can see, rather than letting the government censor us. Yep. My job is done for the day.

Well, lets see… What happened this past week, in the news? Bill Cosby’s “daughter” lost, Carroll O’Connor won, that serial killer jerk is dead, I wonder what is going to be on the news today… Doesn’t ANYTHING good ever happen on the news anymore? No wonder people never wanna grow up. It’s so heavy. Have you ever wondered about the laws of physics? Not scientific type physics, but real life physics. Like, no matter how the bagboy at the supermarket puts the bread in the bag, its always squished when you get home. Or, no matter how nice and neat you organize your computer cables, when you decide to move something, the cables are so intertwined, it takes the “Jaws-Of-Life” to separate them? Hmm.. I think this is a heavy morning. :)

Wow, woke up this morning and we were all fogged in. Kinda nice and kewl. I wonder where the hummingbirds go when its foggy, cuz they sure forgot about the feeder this morning. Sheesh… I can’t get anything done today. I have been chatting since I got online with my friends on ICQ. Sure is nice to have, but wow, I need to get something done today… :)

Today I released the newest version of my cterm PIL for pIRCh (32-bit). If you use pIRCh, you can grab it from my Other Programs page. Now that I got that done, I can continue work on Minute Math 3.0. Hehe… I think I need to take a break, so I will be playing Bingo (as usual) and hanging out with all my friends in the #bingozone channel. :)

I heard a funny joke from one of my best friends, Peachie, today. Here it is: An electrical engineer, a mechanical engineer, and a programmer are sitting in a car when it breaks down. The electrical engineer says “It must be an electrical thing, we need to look at the electrical system, and then it’ll run again”. The mechanical engineer says “No, it’s a mechanical problem, let me look at the engine and it’ll run again”. The programmer says “You two are both wrong… all we have to do is get out of the car, close the doors and get back in again, then it’ll run again”. I hope you all have a very good day! :)

Well, lets see… So far today I have totally fried my brain by storming to get CTERM for mIRC done and released. If you are a mIRC 32bit user you might wanna check out my Other Programs page, which has a few interesting programs, as well as CTERM for mIRC on it. Now I think I will take a break before all the emails about CTERM start flowing in… :)

UPDATE: I am not sure if CTERM still works with the new versions of mIRC, but you can check in the sidebar to the left for a current link to it.

While I was out today, I overheard one of the coolest conversations. The conversation was between a father and his son. It seems someone had let the son borrow a toy, and another child had come up wanting to play with that toy. The son quickly made sure the other child knew it was his. The father took the son aside and told him that in fact, it was not his, and that someone else had let him play with it, so it was the right thing to do, to let the other child play with the toy also. Of course, the son agreed, and then begrudgingly let the other child play with the toy. I thought it was kewl that the father took the time to let the son know what was right and what was wrong. Did the child learn from this lesson? We wont know for another 13 years or so… :)

I finally got my webpages updated, revised, remodelled, re- vamped, dry cleaned, folded and put away. It took me a while, but I think I have everything the way I want it. (Of course, tomorrow I might have a totally different view… sigh). I think I am going to take a day off and ponder the meaning of velveeta cheese. :)
